  1. Purposes of processing personal data: issuing a tax document, contacting the customer regarding the order, fulfilling the contract.

Legal basis for processing personal data: a) Processing of personal data (name, surname, title, street and number, postal code, city) is necessary under a specific legal provision or international agreement to which the Slovak Republic is bound, in particular under Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax. b) Processing of personal data (email, telephone contact) is necessary for the performance of the contract.

Retention period of personal data – the retention period of personal data is not directly determined as it depends on several criteria such as voluntary registration of the data subject on our website, the data subject's activity on our website, etc. However, the data subject has the right to request the erasure of their personal data that we hold, as well as the right to information on which data we process about them and for what purpose.
